Before contacting support

• Include your Noor version, device model, operating-system version, and the language selected in the app.
• For prayer-time or Qibla issues, include the city, calculation method, madhab, and whether location permission is enabled. Do not send a precise home address.
• For Quran, translation, hadith, or dua corrections, include the surah/ayah, collection/reference, or category and the affected language.
• For audio issues, include the reciter, surah, and whether streaming or a downloaded file was used.

Permissions

Location and notification access are optional and can be changed in system settings. Noor continues to provide offline Quran reading, bundled translations, duas, bookmarks, and downloaded content without location access.

Data removal

Noor has no user accounts or cloud sync. You can remove locally stored application data by clearing Noor's storage in system settings or uninstalling the app.
